What does the $5/month fee cover?
The $5 USD monthly fee covers your dedicated account infrastructure, compliance monitoring, account management, and access to all platform features including your dedicated IBAN, SWIFT details, and relationship manager support.
What is the platform margin?
Our platform margin is a standard 2.0% of the base transfer amount for currency conversion and outbound payment transactions. There are no additional setup fees or transaction minimums.
Is the KYC process free?
Yes. Account opening and KYC verification are completely free. You only begin paying the $5 USD monthly fee once your account is fully approved and activated by our compliance team.
Are there any other fees?
No. The $5/month account fee and the 2% platform margin on transactions are the only fees. Incoming wire transfers are received at no additional charge. All features, documents, and support are included.
